For Coaches...

  1. Access Manage Teams on the left-hand side or click here.
  2. Select Add Users.
  3. Use the dropdown menu to choose how you’d like to add players

School email addresses may not always work, as many schools block emails from outside organizations. To ensure your players receive important updates and access their training without issues, we recommend using their personal email addresses when adding them to your dashboard.

  1. Go to this link.
  2. Scroll down and click the orange Add Coaches button.
  3. Click Add Coach and complete the details in the pop-up box. We’ll send the coach an email
    invitation.
  1. Visit this link.
  2. Select the player you’d like to remove.
  3. Click Remove User on the right-hand side and confirm by clicking Remove User again.
  1. Go to pgcplayer.com.
  2. Click Forgot Password and enter your username or email.
  3. Check your email for password reset instructions.
  1. Access Students Progress Report on the left-hand menu of the dashboard or use this link.
  2. Type the student’s name and hit enter.
  3. Select the user to view their progress.
  1. Click here to get started.
  2. Click NEW to compose a message.
  3. Use the dropdown menus to select a Course and Lesson to assign. Add a link if needed.
  4. Write any additional instructions and click Send Message.
  1. Access Quiz Report from the dashboard or click this link.
  2. In the Team section, select the team and course you want to view.
  3. Review the team roster and completion percentages for each player.

This is intentional to provide you with full access to the course content. If listed only as a coach, you
wouldn’t be able to explore courses or use the messaging tool effectively.

For Players...

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. At the top of the screen, click Course Home.
  3. Select STAGES from the menu.
  4. Start by reading the Overview.
  5. On the right-hand side of the screen, click Start Course.
  6. Begin with the first video and work through the course in order.
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. At the top of the page, find the box labeled Messages and click it.
  3. Open the specific message or assignment you want to view.

Yes! Open a message, type your response, and click the Reply button to send your message.

After completing a lesson and mastering the skill, you can…

  • Upload a video if your coach requires it, or
  • Click the Mark Complete button.

Once marked complete, the lesson will display a checkmark on the right-hand side.

Note: Marking a lesson complete will automatically take you to the next test or lesson.
